ICHRE' 22 aims to bring collectively students, academicians, researchers and industrial experts, in the sectors of renewable technology to deliberate over the most recent advances and innovations being made in their respective fields. Authors are invited to contribute to the conference by submitting the extended abstract (3 pages) that illustrate research results, research projects and industrial conference that describe remarkable advances in the following research tracks:

  • Role of hydro energy and pumped storage hydro in power sector decarbonization.
  • Advances in established renewable energy technologies.
  • Upcoming renewable energy technologies.
  • Energy storage development and deployment.
  • Grid integration challenges and opportunities.
  • Role of distributed energy resources in net-zero carbon energy systems.
  • Negative emission technologies.
  • Policies and regulations for achieving net zero carbon goals.

Other relevant papers are also welcome

Please use the template below to submit the full-length manuscripts. The manuscripts must strictly adhere to the conference submission guidelines, which are listed below:

  1. All manuscripts (used interchangeably with papers) must be written in English.
  2. The length of the manuscript should not exceed 7, single-column pages including references.
  3. Single line spacing and Times New Roman font as indicated in the template must be used. Font size must also be as per the template.
  4. All submitted papers will be subjected to plagiarism check through the Turnitin software. Papers with similarity over 20% will be rejected.
  5. The content of the full paper should provide more details and, if necessary, expand on the work submitted in the accepted extended abstract. It must not present an entirely new topic or results that are contradictory to those submitted in the extended abstract.
  6. The editorial team has the right to reject full papers if in their judgement the full papers are found to differ significantly in substance from the accepted extended abstracts.

Selected papers from the conference will be published by Springer Nature as proceedings in the book series "Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering". This book series is indexed by Scopus and EI Compendex database.

Select papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published.
